Jamie is Head of Marketing and Communications for the Coventry Heritage and Arts Trust - who operate the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, Lunt Roman Fort and Priory Visitor Centre.
His areas of responsibility include communications strategy, practical marketing delivery (print, outdoor, brand, website, electronic), commercial developement (shop, cafe, corporate hire, donations, public fundraising) and organisational development and change management.
Jamie has worked across all kinds of marketing disciplines including 13 years with regional newspapers and magazines working in editorial, sales, product management and marketing. He was Marketing Manager for the award winning lounge bar and restaurant fiftytwodegreesnorth and managed the complete marketing mix for the Birmingham City Council's Events and Museums Marketing Department.
Recently he spent over two years as Communications Manager and Arts Counsultant for Audiences Central, the regional audience development agency for arts across the West Midlands. Here he managed the organisations communications overhauled their communications systems and implemented a new website and CRM database. He also spent time guiding over 85 members in arts marketing and audience development best practice and led and contributed to major art projects like the Big Picture, International Mask Festival and Equal:The Last Mile.
He joined Coventry Heritage and Arts Trust as Head of Communications in December 2008 and makes up one of the Senior Management Team
