After a number of years as Archives Conservator for the then Coventry Archives, Jane was appointed Senior Conservator in 2003.

Her duties include management of the team, budget and purchasing, oversight of the museum environment, emergency planning, and collections care for paper and archive collections.

The conservation team look after the museum collections, advising other teams where required, preparing objects for display and conserving damaged or degrading objects and paintings.

Jane is an Accredited Conservator (ACR)
