Ludo was appointed as the Trust's first Chief Executive in February 2008 and was responsible for the smooth transfer of services at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, Lunt Roman Fort and Priory Visitor Centre when they moved out of local authority control.

Before joining the Trust, Ludo was General Manager for the Royal Shakespeare Company, Chief Executive of the York Theatre Royal and General Manager of the New Vic Theatre in Stoke on Trent.

He has overall responsibility for the effective operation of all the Trust's staff, sites and resources and works to ensure that the Trust really does Bring History & the Arts to Life in Coventry.

Ludo is a member of the senior management team.
