Art expert Paul O'Keefe will give a free guided tour of a major exhibition currently being held at The Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in Coventry.
The freelance art historian and lecturer will lead a tour of Masterpiece Watercolours and Drawings - a touring exhibition from National Museums Liverpool - in Gallery 4 from 12.30pm until 1.30pm on Wednesday.(January 28)
Paul, who has also written biographies on artists Wyndham Lewis and Gaudier Brzeska, will give interesting anecdotes about some of the finest watercolours to be seen in Britain which will be on display at the Herbert until March 22.
Rosie Addenbrooke, Senior Exhibitions and Events Officer at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, said Paul was incredibly knowledgeable about these paintings from the British 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
She said: "This is a fantastic exhibition and we are delighted that Paul can join us to give a guided tour through these wonderful works of art.
"This is a great opportunity to find out some fascinating stories behind these paintings from an expert in the field."
