Herbert nominated for Best in the West
Once again we've caught the eye of the judges for the Renaissance West Midlands Best of the West Awards.
These awards recognise excellence in West Midlands museums and galleries and this year we've been shortlisted in three categories.
More Than Two Tones, our exhibition about Coventry music, has been nominated for Best Exhibition and in the small budget category we've been shortlisted for The Hour of Death, a partnership project with Triangle Theatre in spring 2009. Herbert Media's innovative work with Foxford School has been recognised within the Innovation category.
The Herbert has previously won the Inspiration award and last year the Peace and Reconciliation gallery carried off the top prize for the overall Best of the West. We're looking forward to the ceremony on 26th February when the 2010 winners will be revealed.
