Compare toys and games of today with some fantastic real and replica toys from the past, with the oldest toy being 150 years old. Pupils will find out how a Victorian stereoscope works, challenge their friends to a game of cup & ball and discover mystery toys during this Outreach Learning Session. During the session pupils will choose a toy from the collection to explore and investigate, learning about how old it is, how it was used, what materials it is made from and if it still exists today. This is an excellent session for learning through play and hands-on experiences.
