When booking an outreach session, please take into consideration;

The school must provide a suitable space for the session with room for any objects to be displayed on a table.
If the Learning Officer is at your school for longer than one 45 minute session, then access to basic refreshments would be appreciated.
The teacher is encouraged to take an active involvement in the children's learning during the session and will maintain overall responsibility for the discipline in the classroom.
The Learning Officer would appreciate being met upon arrival at your school and shown to the area where the outreach session will take place. Any assistance from staff, if possible, in carrying the collections around the school building is appreciated.
