Hello CHATback readers, Herbert 2.0 here!
It seems like a good time to give you a bit of an update on the blog and our other social media offerings…
The blog is doing really well thanks to all the posts from our faithful blog contributors. We're seeing a lot of traffic coming to the blog via the Herbert's webpage as well as our Facebook and Twitter pages. Keep an eye out for Jill Irving's upcoming posts; she will be taking us through the conservation of a painting from beginning to end (no pressure, Jill!). Harriet and I have also begun working on the development of the Lunt and Priory Facebook pages.
The Flickr site is slowly growing too. We've started a Flickr group to run alongside the Face to Face exhibition and users have added some excellent photos to the group. All the images are being shown on a screen in Gallery 1 for the duration of Face to Face.
As a reminder, here are the locations for our current social media presence on the Web:

Last but not least, we've taken the first tentative steps into the high-tech, treasure hunting world of geocaching. Any geocachers out there in CHATback-land? If so, do contact me if you'd like to be involved in our Secret Egypt project. The rest is, indeed, secret for now – more details to follow in a later issue...
