Tuesday 1 June Medieval Manuscripts
Come and create an aged manuscript using staining techniques and ink and then finish off by signing with your very own stamp! All inspired by the medieval manuscripts housed here at the Herbert.
Wednesday 2 June Gorgeous Goblets
A vital piece of equipment for any wealthy person during medieval times, a beautiful goblet to sip from! Make and decorate your own and feel like a king or queen for the day.

Thursday 3 June Dashing Dinner Plates
Another essential for any medieval feast or banquet, where most medieval people would eat from plates made from wood or pottery. Create a plate inspired by these medieval styles using sand paint, string and hand painted detail.

Friday 4 June Sweet Smelling Pomanders
Pomanders were used to keep clothes and people smelling fresh during medieval times, when washing was very uncommon! Create a pomander out of oranges, cloves and ribbon that not only smells sweet but also makes a brilliant decoration.
