Food is much more than sustenance: it can remind you of home and transport you far away; it can bring happiness but also be a source of stress; cooking can bring friendship or employment; and we can take food for granted and be wasteful.

Tales from Coventry Tables explores how food benefits physical, mental, social, and economic wellbeing, by partnering with organisations such as: Arabian Bites; Changamiri Coffee; Cook Together, Eat Together; and Proof Bakery.

The project equips and enables non-performers from diverse backgrounds to bring their own tasty tales to the public.

Join us to experience stories from the City and beyond, all told by Coventry residents, and accompanied by a delicious vegetarian meal offered on a Pay as you feel basis.
