Visualise your hopes, dreams and ideas about the future through writing, drawing and collage in this free, drop-in workshop, suitable for all. Participants will be able to use their creativity to contribute to Twenty Years, an interactive installation by Bennett and McDermott.
From clay sculptures to rainbow rosettes and 3D cityscapes to tie-dye totes, get hands on with our series of daily craft workshops. Sessions are aimed at kids aged 3+, but all are welcome to attend.
Find out how street art can be used to enrich public spaces, sketch out your own designs and contribute to a collaborative mural in this workshop led by local artist Katie-O, aimed at 11-16s.

Explore how the hidden stories behind the artworks in our collection can be animated through movement in this workshop from local performing arts company Highly Sprung. What would a painting say if it could speak or look like if it could move? Aimed at ages 11-16.
Create your own zine using paper and print ephemera, photo printing, photocopying and printmaking techniques in this workshop for 11-16s. Using the statement, "TELL ME MORE" as a starting point, participants will explore storytelling and identity.
Develop your skills in drawing still life objects from observation and create your own oil painting on canvas board to take home in this workshop aimed at 11-16s.
Learn to paint flowers from observation including shading, toning and blending techniques in this workshop aimed at 11-16s, led by a local artist.

Use specialist tools and learn the techniques of lino-cutting in this workshop for 8-16s. All materials will be provided, and participants will be able to create their own unique design to take home on the day.

Published illustrator Jessica Hartshorn (Jessi Illustrates) leads this workshop on illustrating comics, books and short stories, covering character development, storyboarding, backgrounds and planning your designs. Aimed at ages 11-16.
