Home Collections Collections Move Project Collections Move Project Image: Coventry City Council The City Centre Cultural Gateway (CCCG) is the transformation of the former IKEA building in Coventry. Coventry City Council are working to create a landmark destination that will be home to nationally significant collections, bringing together multiple partners and investors across creative, cultural and technological sectors to engage local people. CV Life (who oversee the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum under Culture Coventry) will be one of the partners involved within the move and our collections team are currently undertaking a review of the collections it manages ahead of their transfer to the CCCG building to ensure the objects we hold are relevant, representative and of public benefit.
