Saturday Storytelling

Herbert Art Gallery & Museum

27 January 2024 to 27 April 2024 (11:30 - 14:30)

Description

Saturday Storytelling • Last Saturday of every month | 30 December 2023, 27 January, 24 February, 30 March, 27 April 2024 11.30am, 12.30pm & 2.30pm • Drop in | FREE • Designed for age 3+, but all are welcome Each month in the gallery spaces we will be reading a 15-minute story about a different global artist. The storytelling will present a perspective on the artist’s experiences and will support children with their own interpretations of artworks. After listening to the story, children will have the opportunity to reimagine our collections through the lens of the artist, by actively participating in discussions and drawing works on display in the style of the artist they have learned about. https://www.theherbert.org/whats-on/1640/saturday-storytelling
