What is the age requirement for children’s events?
Our events are aimed at 3-12yr olds. Children under 5 will need more supervision undertaking some of the activities. If you have children above the age range, give the rangers a call on 02476 305592 at Ryton Pools Country Park or 01827872660 at Kingsbury Water Park and they can advise you on suitability. Generally, everyone is welcome.
What should the children wear?
Activities involve going outside, children need to be suitably dressed for all weathers (mosquitos and horseflies will be about in the summer). Remember to bring sun cream, hats and insect repellent.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Car parking is payable at the machine by card. The machines do not take apple pay
