Meet with like-minded people to enjoy making, crafting & creativity at our monthly Create and Craft café
Drop-in | £5 per person, pay on the day
Designed for people aged 60+ (but all are welcome)
Learn new skills, try out different materials or work on your own craft projects in our monthly Create and Craft café. Led and supported by a member of our museum team, these relaxed, informal sessions are a great way to meet like-minded people, renew social networks, reconnect with communities and share creative ideas.
Craft resources will be provided to give you the chance to try new things, but you are also welcome to bring along your own projects to develop and discuss - you may even end up teaching us a thing or two! You'll also receive a hot drink and something sweet from our café.
Sessions take place in Alfreds Café on-site at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum - look our for the sign-posted tables where a member of staff will be waiting to greet you.
