Visitors can enjoy a full day of discovery, celebrating Coventry’s rich heritage of innovation, engineering, art, and design. Outside Millennium Place, spectacular displays of military vehicles and iconic Riley cars will bring the city’s motoring history to life.
Inside the Coventry Transport Museum, visitors will also have the chance to experience a special “Bonnets Up” display of the 1916 Maudslay Subsidy Lorry. Meet the dedicated volunteers involved in the restoration project and discover the remarkable work that went into rebuilding the vehicle from an original chassis.
At the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, there will be a variety of special activities taking place throughout the day, including highlight tours, object handling sessions, and family-friendly games and experiences designed for visitors of all ages.
Whether you’re a lifelong motoring enthusiast, a history lover, or simply looking for a great family day out, this offer is the perfect way to explore two of Coventry’s most popular cultural attractions in one weekend! This offer is only available during the Motofest weekend.
