The Herbert Gallery and the Peculiar Parliament (of Owls)

You may notice in the galleries we have a few extra feathery friends! Well, they have flown into the Herbert for a very special occasion… 

It’s been 20 years since Harry Potter received his first owl-delivered letter from Hogwarts, so all of next week, running up until Harry’s birthday on 31 July, we will be showcasing a few members of our wonderful owl collection online and in our galleries.
