Art Masterclass: Ceramic Glazing
Under the guidance of a ceramic artist, your budding designer will be supported and inspired to design and paint their own ceramic plate or mug.
Designed for age 8 - 16
An exciting Art Masterclass and fun opportunity this summer to get hands on with designing a ceramic plate/mug. Under the guidance of a ceramic artist, your budding designer will be given hints and tips and shown how to design their own ceramics using a selection of ceramic paints to customise their work on the day. Once you have painted your ceramic piece, the ceramic artist will take your art piece to their studio for firing and glazing. It takes a few days for the magic to happen, you can then collect your colourful creation from the Herbert from 10am on Tuesday 9th August from the shop area.
