Dig the Lunt – Lunt Roman Fort archaeological dig with Tutor Paul Thompson

Ever wanted to learn how archaeologists excavate by going on a dig? Now is your chance to discover by taking part yourself.

This training excavation in the Lunt car park will answer research questions about extent of occupation if any to the east of the fort.

Tools will be provided but students should wear old outdoor clothes.
